Create professional email accounts for your domain using cPanel. Having a branded email address builds trust with your customers.
Access Email Accounts
- Log in to cPanel
- Find the Email section
- Click Email Accounts
Create New Email Account
- Click Create button
- Enter the email address (e.g., info, support, yourname)
- Choose a strong password or generate one
- Set the mailbox quota (storage limit)
- Click Create

Consider creating these common addresses:

Access Your Email
Webmail
- Visit yourdomain.com/webmail
- Enter your full email address and password
- Choose your preferred webmail client (Roundcube recommended)
Email Client Setup
Configure Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird:
Incoming Server (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 993, SSL Outgoing Server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 465, SSL
Email Storage
Each email account has a storage quota. Monitor usage in cPanel under Email Accounts to avoid bounced emails when full.
