Nothing on your account renews silently and nothing is deleted without warning. Here is the exact timeline so you can plan around it.
If you pay by card
Tick auto-renew at checkout (or later on the service page) and each renewal is charged automatically on the due date. We email you a week before every charge. Renewals use any account credit first, then the saved card. Turn auto-renew off at any time; the service then simply stops at the end of the paid period.
If you pay with crypto
Crypto payments cannot be charged automatically, so every renewal is a payment you make. We make it as easy as possible:
- Invoices are created 14 days before the due date.
- Reminder emails go out 7 days, 3 days and on the day before the due date, each with a one-click pay link.
- Paying any time before the due date keeps the server running without interruption.
What happens if an invoice is not paid
- Shortly after the due date the service is paused (suspended). The server is stopped but nothing is deleted; your files, databases and IP address are kept.
- Paying the invoice brings it back online automatically within a few minutes.
- A paused server is kept for at least 10 days after the due date, and for 20 days for customers who pay by crypto or have no saved card. After that the server and its data are permanently removed. You receive a final notice before that date.
Never miss a renewal
Three options, from least to most effort:
- Prepay a longer cycle. 3 months is 10% cheaper than monthly, 6 months 15%, a year 20%. Change the cycle from the service's page.
- Keep account credit topped up. Credit is used automatically at renewal, for crypto customers too. Crypto deposits of $50 or more get 10% bonus credit (Billing > Add funds). Bonus credit is for services only and is not refundable as cash.
- Save a card and enable auto-renew, even if you usually pay with crypto.
Paying with crypto: the details
Checkout and invoices accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (several networks), Litecoin and more through Cryptomus. Send the exact amount shown to the address shown. The payment confirms after the network confirmations required for that coin, usually a few minutes for USDT on TRON or BSC, longer for Bitcoin.
If you sent slightly less than the amount (network fees deducted), the payment shows as partial. Do not send a second payment to the same address; reply to the invoice email or open a ticket with the transaction ID and we settle it manually.
Refunds
Every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase. Request it from the service's page under Cancellation and refunds.
