How to View and Pay Invoices

Manage all your BearHost invoices from your account dashboard. Here's how.

View Your Invoices

1. Log in to your BearHost account
2. Go to Billing → My Invoices
3. View all invoices with their status:
   • Paid — Payment received
   • Unpaid — Payment pending
   • Overdue — Past due date

Pay an Invoice

Single Invoice

1. Click on the invoice number
2. Review the details
3. Click Pay Now
4. Select payment method
5. Complete payment

Multiple Invoices

1. Check the boxes next to unpaid invoices
2. Click Pay Selected
3. Complete payment for all selected

Download Invoices

1. Click on the invoice number
2. Click Download PDF

Or use the bulk download option for multiple invoices.

Invoice Details

Each invoice includes:

• Invoice number
• Issue and due dates
• Service description
• Billing period
• Amount due
• Payment status

Set Up Auto-Pay

Never miss a payment with automatic billing:

1. Go to Billing → Payment Methods
2. Add your credit card
3. Set as default payment method
4. Enable auto-pay

Payment History

View your complete payment history:

1. Go to Billing → Payment History
2. See all transactions with dates and amounts
3. Download receipts as needed

Late Payments

• Invoices are due on the date shown
• A reminder is sent 7 days before due date
• Grace period: 3 days after due date
• Services may be suspended after grace period
