How to Request a Refund
Through Your Dashboard
- Log in to your BearHost account
- Go to Services → My Services
- Click on the service you want to cancel
- Click Request Cancellation
- Select "Immediate" and check the refund option

Email support@bearhost.com with your account email and service details. We'll process it within 24-48 hours.
Via Live Chat
Click the chat icon on our website and tell our agent you'd like a refund. We'll process it immediately.
Refund Processing Time
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Cryptocurrency: 3-5 business days
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
Important Notes
Before requesting a refund, download all your website files and databases. After the refund, your hosting account will be terminated and all data permanently deleted.
